This course will be taught live via Zoom on Tuesdays, June 1 - August 24, 9:30 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. EST. 

 

The Blessed Virgin Mary has a special place in Catholic belief and devotion. This course explores the person of Mary as described in Scripture, in theological texts, and in the documents of the Magisterium of the Church. Topics such as the Immaculate Conception, the Annunciation, Mary’s divine maternity, perpetual virginity, and role as Mediatrix will be explored, along with important prayers such as the Magnificat and the Rosary.

This course can be taken for credit or may be audited for a reduced fee of $150. If interested in auditing, please contact Elizabeth Froula efroula@pontifex.university
